Liberty

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty” 2 Corinthians 3:17

The scriptures talk about freedom in Christ - freedom from sin, freedom from stress, freedom from a boring, monotonous life. Ask yourself, “Am I free?” If you ask Jesus into your life and believe that He died for your sins and rose from the dead, you will be set free! Heaven will be your home and you will have new life in Christ!

The scriptures tell us that if you have Jesus, you have everything! You have someone to listen to your prayers, help you through life’s challenges, and give you strength when you need it. You will literally be set free! In other words, set at liberty! God’s Spirit now lives in you and will guide, help and comfort you. His Spirit picks you up when you are down, reminds you of His love when you feel alone, and empowers you to serve others even when it’s difficult.
