3 Simple Steps to Get You Started In Your New Walk with Jesus Christ
The Bible tells us that anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Praise God for His salvation! So, what’s next?

•Get involved in a healthy, well-balanced church that teaches the Bible. If you’re local to us, we’d love to have you join at Great Rock Church, but there are many great churches out there that stand firm on scripture. Get connected with other believers within the church. Meet the leadership. Ask questions. Attend services and go to Bible studies.

•Get a Bible! The Bible is God’s Word and every word of it is TRUE and applicable to our lives today. Download a Bible app on your phone so you always have it available and get a paper Bible that you can highlight and take notes as you go through it.

•Pray! Prayer is just having a conversation with Jesus. It is how we communicate with God. Tell Him everything – all of your worries and share your joys. Ask Him questions and tell Him your thoughts. God has given us His Word to speak to us. So as you pray, read the scriptures and see what He has to say to you. The Gospel of John is a great place to start! It will take you through the life of Jesus, show you His character and introduce you to many of His teachings.
